MEETING NOTES: 1/26/04

CALL TO ORDER: 09:00 hrs at the Serendipity Cafe', located at 137 Main Str., Warrenton,

OR.

PRESENT: Kathleen Covert, Krista Greisen, Eldon Wright, christina Whitney, Carol Lambert,

June Spence, Richard Johnson, Jim Scheller, Bill Shaw, Ellen Shaw, Ted Olken, Orioli Olken,

Barry Smith, Sally Smith, Erica Curtis and Bob Maxfield.

PREVIOUS MINUTES: NONE - this is the first meeting.

TREASURERS REPORT: Doses not apply at this time as there are no funds.

NOTES:

· Display boards were present indicating the proposed trail system.

· a lively discussion began with those present involving the useage of the Warrenton Waterfront Trail as it enters Hwy 104, West

· Additional concern was expressed for pedestrain traffic along the dike, from Caruthers Park to Enterprise, due to high wind gusts.

PLAN OF ACTION:

All those present agreed to meet in one week to futher discussions and brainstorm the Mission

and Objectives of the group.

The filing for the 501(3)(c) will be fully addressed at that time.

NEXT MEETING:

Monday, February 2, 2004 athe Serendipity Cafe', 137 Main St., Warrenton, OR.

OTHER BUSINESS:

A core group is to meet at the Serendipity Cafe' on Thursday, January 29, 2004 to work on

Vision statement and Mission statement. Officers will need to discussed.
