VISION
A review of the Warrenton Trails Association VISION was discussed with much input leaving the final statement for future work. Bob Maxfield will work on it and return to the next meeting with clear idea's of a simple one line concept.
MISSION
Much discusion on Mission, Mission Statement and objectives creating a lively round of idea's and concept stirring. As we crossed the line of Mission and Mission Stement as well as single out Objectives, again Bob Maxfield agreed to return at the next meeting with clear statements to
be considered the Mission and Mission Statement.
NON-PROFIT
Discussion of the filing for the Non-Profit status or a 501(3)(c) noted that Richard Johnson would be the President sharing with Frida Fraunfelder with Krista Greisen with act as Secretary(Kathleen Covert will assist her) and no Treasure as of yet. It is felt that an accounting firm
should be sought for the job. Possible Pratt & Blue need to be approached by both
Kathleen Covert and Krista Greisen as soon as possible.
ESTABLISH PUBLIC AWARENESS
This is a key area clearly needing attention. A great ralleying of idea's raised the interest of those present to take to this wonderful trail system as a group. Information following on date and location. Ongoing efforts to gather the communities support will be improved by a clearly defined trail map. Marc Auerbach and Kathleen Covert will work toward that end and make headway by the next meeting. We will need the support of the Private Sector, CREST, the City, County, State and Federal Agencys.
