Maps a fabulous resource. One for every table with specific focus maps for connections-regional and local. Marked up for historical, special interest sites,,existing bike/peds shoulders, paved and in the rough, and challenges. Registration at right of entry way. Food table on the tile floor next to the kitchen wall, open house stations starting on the right and outside perimeter of room with small square tables and an easel. 5-6 tables preset in the middle of room for workshop MC to watch traffic flow. Greeter at doorway. Stickies for favorite hikes and places. Every table/stations needs staff with behind scene people to collect data and bring from open house to workshop tables.
